Refunds

BD Property Management has a strict No Refund Policy For Completion of Services, If there is a valid issue with any services a team member will be sent out to Correct the issue to Guarantee Service Satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancelation of your pre scheduled services within 24 hours of you designated booking will result in a $50 cancelation fee.

Billing and Charges.

Billing cycles are done on a Monthly Basis and invoices sent to you within the first week of each month for the previous months services. A late fee of $40 will be applied to any outstanding invoices past due date.
